Meditation and mindfulness
Berna's guided meditation techniques include breathing technique practices, lovingkindness practices and chakra balancing. Mindfulness practices include more modern art based approach such as art making in various medium, calligraphy, Contemporary and Ancient Asian Art contemplation and appreciation etc. tailored for different age groups and requirements, boosting creativity, concentration and contemplation on our culture and own existence.
Besides collaborations in workshops, Berna is also open to work with various platforms to promote mindfulness and wellness in everyday lives (past/ current collaborators). As a part of the Hong Kong University Pilot Research Program on Art and Mindfulness, she also collaborates with the president of Hong Kong Art Therapist Association in workshops on Art and Mindfulness for adults, families and kids.
