Berna is an artist of Life and a certified meditation instructor.
She dedicates to present to you a unique experience from her heart to yours towards self-actualisation.
Growing up in a family of deep rooted Buddhists and Taoists traditions while attended Christian school, she embraces diversity and considered herself as spiritual rather than religious. With an open mind and open heart, she pursued her studies and career in Fine Arts and Culture, it brought her to explore ancient Arts, creativity and spirituality, meeting spiritual teachers, artists, scholars, experts across Asia, China, US, India, finding the vast space in the Arts of stillness.
Grateful for her own practice in riding waves of life, she enjoys sharing the joy of mindful living with the world, while helping people to realize we all have freedom to create our lives as a masterpiece. From schools to corporates, from tweens to seniors. With occasional appearance in local media and press, as well as starting her own online channel and as a regular guest-host on RTHK radio in Mindful living, she hopes to spark joy and ease in our community.
Her main personal practice is Shamatha Vipashyana, while also has an extensive experience in Zazen and Kriya.
With her experience in the field of Fine Arts for over 10 years working across US, China and Hong Kong, Berna engages Meditation as a skill that ignites creativity that inspires a conscious way of life. Offering the Art of mindful living, breathing techniques, seated practice to make meditation and mindfulness accessible for ages from 4-104.
