To reach their greatest potential in life, kids need emotional regulation skills. Afterall, how successful can an athlete beif he can't control their temper? How far will your child go in corporate world or building a business if they can't face their fear of rejection? Proactively, our classes teach kids how to deal with sad feelings or how to calm themselves down when they are upset. Besides meditation, meditative practices and the workings of the mind, we also brainstorm coping skills together, to show them that they don't need to be happy, they can also face uncomfortable emotions head-on, to understand that they have control over emotions, not the other way round.

On location sessions are tailored based on your group's requirements. Including artistic ways in approaching mindfulness and techniques for stress reduction that will also promote self-awareness and enhance creativity. Besides meditation techniques, chakra balancing methods, a glimpse of mindfulness contents of the sessions include fun art creating, mindful mandela, contemplation and appreciation of contemporary arts and ancient Asian Arts, journaling and calligraphy to name a few. Fun and light hearted way of approach will be tailored for group's requirements.
